The Program Administrator will play a pivotal role in managing major events and initiatives, contributing to the success and global impact of the department. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of events and administrative duties. Plan, coordinate, and execute major events for the Office for International Programs. Manage the events and budget administration for the International Program including recruitment, travel, supply expense, inventories, marketing and consultant expenses. Manage multiple long and short-term planning projects for the University's Academic, Residential, and Administrative Units in development of and in accordance with the University's Strategic Planning Initiative and Space Planning and Design and Construction Guidelines. Support the full range of campus planning functions including developing program statements for University clients, creating test fits and architectural diagrams for different planning scenarios, assessing client requests, and coordinating cost estimates and schedules.
