Provide administrative and technical support to the Facilities and Construction Management offices. Maintain complex financial and budgetary spreadsheets; assist with monitoring budget status; reconcile discrepancies in accounts; and develop financial, procurement, and invoice tracking reports. Manage the day-to-day operations and compliance for the On-Campus Student Employment administrative process, including onboarding for students working on-campus. Develop on-campus part-time job and internship opportunities for students. Plan and assist with student-facing events that teach students about finding part-time and internship employment on-campus (events include: part-time and internship fairs, summer employment job fair, educational workshops, etc.). The position of Supervisor, First Class Community Response Unit supports the mission of the Department of Campus Safety to foster and maintain a safe and secure environment for its students, faculty, staff, and visitors by overseeing Security Personnel and by taking proactive measures to reduce crime while building strategic partnerships in the university community. In furtherance of these goals, the Supervisor, First Class will be a part of the Community Response Unit (CRU) which will address issues of safety and security on campus utilizing patrol, crime prevention concepts and safety initiatives across various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime, as required to meet department needs.
