Reporting to the Residence Hall Director (RHD), manage the operations of the Residence Hall Resource Center, serve as a member of the building leadership team in managing the day-to-day business affairs and planning of the assigned residential hall. , and serve as an on-site emergency response/crisis intervention agent in the absence of the Residence Hall Director or the Residence Hall Assistant Director.
The Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) Program Administrator provides support to the assessment, development, and implementation of the Silver School of Social Work’s inclusion, diversity, belonging, equity, and accessibility efforts. Working closely with the Director of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, this position will develop and implement strategies aligned with the school's mission to advance equity, inclusion and diversity initiatives. They will work in a highly collaborative manner to facilitate intersection among students, faculty and staff to promote intercultural understanding and create and enhance a supportive campus climate. The program administrator will assist to facilitate workshops, training sessions and conferences; develop support structures and community engagement for faculty, staff & students; track and measure progress and efforts towards improving diversity, inclusion, belonging, and equity across various spectrums; and coordinate both internal and external collaborations. The Program Administrator will manage program resources, execute logistics, and facilitate communication for all committee meetings and DEI strategic initiatives to ensure a successful experience.
Advise and counsel a significant cohort of students, serving as the primary advisor and a support and resource person throughout their undergraduate career. Conduct student advisement for a series of complex issues such as financial need, grades, attendance, plagiarism, leave of absence requests, AWOL status, readmission, etc. Audit degree progress reports of all advisees who are candidates for graduation. Reporting to the Dean, the Executive Assistant/Administrative Manager is a key member of the Office of the Dean for GPH, and will administer a broad range of activities within the Office of the Dean; monitor school-wide progress on strategic goals; manage numerous projects; and ensure the effective execution of various strategic endeavors through close collaboration with the Dean and Chief of Staff. The role will oversee Dean’s communications, reports to faculty and central administration, briefings, agendas, meeting minutes, and committee reports. The incumbent will manage the Office of the Dean’s staff on day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, and effectiveness and optimizing the use of available resources. Maintain the Dean’s calendar by coordinating and prioritizing appointments, setting meetings, and providing briefing materials. The incumbent will oversee travel arrangements and the submission of reimbursements. They will also manage special reports and projects through research, collection of documents, development of timelines, and project milestones.
The Assistant Director, Continuous Improvement plays a critical role in driving process improvement throughout the University and serves as a champion of a “Continuous Improvement” culture. Lead and support the various schools and units across the University in applying a structured methodology for process improvement activities. Serve as the Process Lead in Business and Application Transformational Projects. Recommend the best process and tools to determine root-cause problems, collect the pain points, facilitate the process improvement, and identity business/application opportunities. Identify, plan, and implement key projects to improve the quality, reduce costs, increase productivity and improve cycle time by reducing wasted time, rework, etc. resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction. Complete process improvement projects within a specified time frame while achieving cost saving goals. Achieve buy-in from all decision makers and key stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of the process improvement. Provide management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key responsibilities and objectives.

Manage the strategic planning, tactical planning, and implementation of all clinical and administrative information technology services, activities, and performance of technology tools for the Student Health Center (both at Washington Square and Brooklyn and support select information technology needs at the global sites). Oversee a strategic and comprehensive information security program that defines, develops, maintains, and implements policies and processes that enable effective information security practices. Elevate a culture of cyber security to minimize risk and ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information that is owned, controlled, and processed within the Student Health Center and in collaboration with NYU Information Technology Services.
Reporting to the Associate Dean for Administration and Chief of Staff, the Director of Advising Operations overseas student support operations for the student advising and student success areas of the College. The Director will be responsible for data management, generation and sharing among student support staff. This role will partner with key offices (Office of Student Success, Registrar, IT) to provide reports to advising staff throughout the year, timed at key moments in the student support lifecycle. The Director will partner with CAS IT and other operational units at CAS and the University to develop systems that support the student advising experiences, including web based solutions that facilitate student advising and support. providing oversight of project planning, strategic communication and evaluation to ensure advising strategic objectives are met; using data to identify patterns and offer insights that will be used to make informed organizational decisions. The Director will also oversee hiring and recruitment of student office assistants and grad student advisers, providing supervision as they support college advising teams and functions (walk in advising). The Director will implement and facilitate new advisor onboarding and training as well as ongoing staff development.
This position is intended to provide Audio Visual deployment subject matter expertise across NYU Tandon. It exists to aid in the planning, execution, and commissioning of audio visual and video conferencing projects for NYU Tandon internal clients. This individual will act as a project leader throughout the entire project life cycle until commissioning sign off. Communicate and implement operational plans for completing projects, monitoring progress & performance against the project plan, and resolving operational problems to minimize delays.
Reporting to the Senior Administrative Manager, this position advises our continuing undergraduate MAE students (sophomore – senior standing) on a wide range of academic issues, assists with the planning and development of signature advising programs, and will make recommendations to the MAE administrative team and Department Chair as needed.

Manage all aspects of a special funding line designated for direct support of student services and programming. A portion of this fund is reserved for use by the Division of Student Affairs, and a portion is available for the Student Government Assembly (SGA) to make recommendations for seed funding new initiatives and one-time expenditures. Work closely with elected student leaders to develop successful and sustainable proposals for funding, and contribute to the education and development of student representatives to better understand their fiscal responsibilities and resources. Work with student leaders to identify other funding sources when appropriate given the nature and scope of their goals and resources. Work closely with a wide range of senior leaders of other university departments and schools to stand up and manage new initiatives, integrate projects with existing resources and services, and assess the impact of new initiatives. Make recommendations to the Senior Vice President of University Life and other senior university leaders about the feasibility, scale, and duration of any initiatives funded through this source.
