The Manager, Transportation Services will manage and oversee the University’s approved transportation vendors in delivering services to the NYU community and serve as the primary liaison on contracts, communications, and any service-related issues, including the development, management and maintenance of schedules, routes and stops as it relates to University transportation shuttle, on-demand services, university VIP transports, and special high-priority university events (Commencement, Welcome Week, etc.). Manage the design and construction of capital improvements and major infrastructure projects for New York University's Planning and Construction Division to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with approved budgets, schedules and quality standards. The position will work closely with the Institute leadership team to foster and manage essential external relationships with guest speakers, sponsors and the Institute’s external mentor pool.
