Take digital intra-oral and extra oral radiographic imaging (e.g. cone beam computed tomography, and bitewing, periapical, occlusal and panoramic views in analog/film and digital/plate/sensor formats). Review radiographs within guidelines. Process and route imaging related materials. Greet, screen and direct patients. Confirm patient is authorized for a radiographic examination. Provide four-handed chairside assistance to dental students. Assign patients to dental students, within guidelines. Monitor collection of instruments; dispense supplies, disposable materials, instrument and equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the work area and quality and safety standards; ensure proper recycling, disposal of infectious materials and adherence to infection control protocols and HIPAA compliance.
The Laboratory Manager will ensure safety and compliance across MakerSpace facilities, the MakerGarage and VIP team workspaces, while also supporting the MakerSpace's partnerships with academic programs and departments, such with the General Engineering program at Tandon. This individual will deliver and/or distribute supplies and equipment to laboratories, following appropriate safety protocol. Set up, take down, prepare, monitor, and store supplies and equipment, as necessary. Provide assistance with maintenance of equipment and/or request repairs, as necessary. Receive, unload, unpack, inspect, and inventory supply and equipment deliveries, including hazardous, radioactive, infectious, and other scientific materials. Reinforce and adhere to safety and safeguarding protocols and maintain cleanliness of laboratories and workspaces.
The IT Manager, Service Desk at the Tisch School of the Arts (TSOA) plays a key role in overseeing the daily operations and performance of the IT Service Desk, ensuring that inquiries and issues from faculty and staff are resolved promptly and professionally, following established procedures and standards. Develop collaboration and partnerships among Tisch departments, Tisch IT, and NYU IT. Assists the TSOA IT Leadership in service delivery and operational excellence across IT services, including user support in infrastructure, systems, and endpoints.
The Investment Analyst will work closely with the Investment Office team to support the management of New York University’s endowment. The Incident Response Administrator serves as a member of the Incident Response Team (IRT), located within Residential Life and Housing Services (RLHS), to provide immediate non-clinical crisis and critical incident response to residential students during night and weekend hours. The IRT reports to the Assistant Director, Incident Response.
