Help change the direction of MBA applicants’ lives by joining a collaborative team in NYU Stern’s MBA Admissions Office. The Admissions Coordinator will manage operations functions across our programs, including monitoring and updating the application system, and other activities related to the admissions process. They will also interpret and communicate admissions criteria to prospective students, review and evaluate academic credentials of prospective students, and assist with developing strategies for achieving enrollment goals. The selected candidate will administer budget, review expenditures and supervise maintenance of budget reports. Other duties include recommending initiatives to improve communication with the applicant pool and hosting on and off-site admissions events.

The Director of Disability Inclusive Culture will serve to actualize integrating disability as part of the global inclusion, diversity, belonging, equity, and access (Global IDBEA) work throughout NYU. Through University-wide initiatives, the Director will promote an integrative, collaborative approach to transitioning the disability-friendly culture of NYU to one of even greater inclusivity and belonging with an emphasis on equity.   Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Global Faculty Engagement and Innovation Advancement, this Director will work closely with the NYU university-wide Provostial Committee on Disability, Inclusion and Accessibility as well as the Center for Disability Studies. The incumbent will coordinate, augment and strengthen the ongoing work related to disability access, culture, equity, inclusion, and education across NYU by creating policies and programs that move the University beyond compliance to promoting accessibility for all, finding new opportunities to expand the full participation for people with disabilities at NYU. To promote and strengthen the aforementioned, the Director will work across disciplines and schools to advance a culture of disability inclusive/disability culture, as well as provide education and support across constituent groups, with a particular focus on faculty. Related work will include, but is not limited to, providing additional support for faculty with disabilities while setting strategic direction for fostering a Global IDBEA organizational workplace culture that focuses on universal design and increased access for any persons with disabilities on NYU campuses. The individual will engage with stakeholders from across the University (including current and prospective faculty members, employees, students, alumni, or visitors).   Working with internal and external stakeholders, the Director will work to promote cultural transformation relevant to research- and evidence-based best practices as well as cultural initiatives emerging from the disability community; develop and implement policies and procedures across the University; and, focus on universal design to promote full accessibility to NYU classes, events, web-based services, buildings and facilities, and programs and services. In support of the advancement of University Global IDBEA goals as they intersect with disability studies, and in compliance with Section 504 and the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Director will partner with the NYU Office of Equal Opportunity, the Moses Center for Student Accessibility, the Center for Disability Studies, the Office of General Counsel, Facilities and Construction Management, University Human Resources, and other University personnel/departments as necessary and provide subject-matter expertise and consultative services.

Reporting to the Vice President, the Senior Director, Building/Life Safety and Compliance serves as the Capital Projects & Facilities division's chief safety and compliance officer for code compliance, environmental health and safety, and fire safety. The Senior Director will represent the University as appropriate to federal, state and local regulatory agencies (i.e., federal Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA), New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), New York City Department of Buildings (DoB), etc.) and serving as a consultative resource and strategic thought partner to leadership and senior management clients. Implement programs to respond to and address violations. Implement processes and procedures to reduce violations and associated financial penalties. - Authorization and oversight of certifications of documents (owner’s statements, etc) as the responsible NYU administrator for city, state, and federal forms, certifications, and eFile systems (e.g., ARTS). Provide annual reports including detailed metrics related to important compliance and safety programs (e.g., violations addressed, temporary certificates of occupancy (TCO) inventory, certificates of occupancy (CO) inventory, reported injuries and near misses, etc.) The Senior Director will also liaise closely and partner as appropriate with the Vice Provost for Research’s designee for lab safety and with the NYU Department of Public Safety. Key responsibilities include the following: - Provide strategic direction to Capital Projects & Facilities' Office of Building/Life Safety and Compliance. Determine all office wide performance and measurement standards, deployment of human and physical resources, and development and evaluation of policies and procedures regarding related safety and compliance considerations for the NYU community. - Collaborate with regulatory agencies, local authorities having jurisdiction, and NYU stakeholders in support of the University mission and related safety and compliance considerations. - Direct the development of training programs, resources and organizational talent. - Execute a strategic, innovative and client focused safety and compliance program that will provide solution oriented, customer-focused services.

  Endless Frontier Labs, founded at New York University, Stern School of Business, guides scientific and technical founders through a performance-driven mentoring process.  Participating startups receive access to mentorship, venture capital, and business development over the nine-month program.  To support these efforts, NYU Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director, Endless Frontier Labs.     The selected candidate will lead the Endless Frontier Labs operations including venture recruiting, venture evaluation/selection, venture management, securing follow on investment, communications, and resource mobilization. With the Director, the Associate Director will strategically develop, implement, and evaluate Endless Frontier Labs and its programs with emphasis on building external business relationships and internal partnerships to ensure programs' success. In collaboration with the Director and colleagues, the Associate Director will execute core programmatic operations for Endless Frontier Labs and identify and cultivate relationships with centers of innovation in US Universities and top foreign universities, venture capital funds, incubators & accelerators, and tech associations to build a strong pipeline of Endless Frontier Labs applicants. The Associate Director will lead initiatives to support the growth and continuous improvement of the Endless Frontier Labs program and expand business development opportunities related to corporate partnerships. The Associate Director will serve as a primary liaison for Endless Frontier Labs (mentors, entrepreneurs, investors, MBA students, corporate sponsors, etc.) and support curriculum development and student programming.
