NYU's Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity available for an Associate Director of the Berkley Center for Entrepreneurship. The selected candidate will collaborate with the Director and lead all Berkley Center programs including venture accelerators, extensive skills development and thought-leadership offerings, startup advising services, and community building activities. The Associate Director will strategically develop, implement, and evaluate the Berkley Center and its programs with particular emphasis on fostering high-potential founders, expanding our pipeline of investable ventures, and dramatically improving outcomes of NYU startups. The selected candidate will develop and deploy programs that promote innovation and catalyze entrepreneurship at the University, lead initiatives to support the growth and continuous improvement of the Berkley Center, and help seek and secure resources necessary to fulfill the Center’s mission. The selected candidate will also serve as the primary liaison for building external relationships and internal partnerships that support the department’s success, and lead the building and supervise maintenance of a comprehensive database tracking the program’s impact and effectiveness and monitoring university-wide startup alumni activity.

The Office of Global Inclusion, Diversity and Strategic Innovation (OGI) at NYU seeks a successful operational and organizational leader who will help advance global inclusion, diversity, belonging, equity and access (GIDBEA) across trans-institutional research and educational missions of the University and build on the inclusion, diversity, belonging, and equity work across NYU’s operational areas. The incumbent will be a key member of the Senior Vice President for Global Inclusion and Strategic Innovation’s senior management team and will be responsible for the coordination of diverse business operations, with the goal of securing the alignment, and ongoing functionality of organizational and business operations that support and sustain the extensive administrative and academic operations across the global network of the University. The incumbent will achieve these objectives as follows: ● Provide the team and program management, and operational leadership to assist the SVP Global Inclusion and Strategic Innovation in realizing University and office goals, and in creating and fostering organizational alignment, program management and effective delivery of work across OGI areas; collaborate and partner with operational stakeholders at the University (including, but not limited to, Office of Equal Opportunity, Vendor Relations, NYU IT, Finance, Capital Projects and Facilities, affinity groups, etc.) through effective and targeted professional development, programming, and engagement.
