Provide administrative and technical support to the Facilities and Construction Law Properties. Maintain complex financial and budgetary spreadsheets; assist with monitoring budget status; reconcile discrepancies in accounts; and develop financial, procurement, and invoice tracking reports. Record expenditures and/or payments of building services expenses and ensure that these are posted to correct accounts. Maintain Law School work order system; enter and close out completed requests; run preventative maintenance and labor utilization reports. The Assistant Director of the Development Research Institute (DRI), with its Wahba Initiative for Strategic Competition (WISC), provides critical operational, programmatic, and logistical support for one of NYU’s globally visible institutes. Manages daily operations, coordinates international and domestic events, oversees fellow and student engagement, and ensures efficient communication among internal and external stakeholders. Edits and disseminates publications, ensuring that DRI maintains its reputation for excellence and global impact. Provides logistical support to the WISC Global Advisory Council and coordinates visiting academic fellows, including office and meeting room assignments, affiliated faculty and global fellows.

The Director, Administration oversees all academic, administrative and fiscal operations for the Computer Science department. In partnership with the Chair, the Director will lead the strategic planning, financial management, and operational execution across a department that supports approximately 4,000 students and over 100 faculty. The Director leads a team of approximately 15 administrators and staff, manages complex multimillion-dollar budgets, and manages all academic affairs, including course scheduling and hiring for classroom support roles, such as recitation leaders and graders/tutors.
