University Development and Alumni Relations (UDAR) is dedicated to soliciting the private funding necessary to support the strategic goals of the University in teaching, learning, and research. The personnel of UDAR work university-wide as well as within individual schools and colleges of the University to discover, motivate, cultivate, solicit, and steward alumni, parents, faculty, and friends for immediate, long-range, and future financial support, through gifts and pledges to the University, for critical operations such as student aid, faculty support, academic and research program development, and facilities and infrastructure. UDAR's endeavors raise funds for immediate University use and also for the University's endowment.   The Associate Director of Development will develop and execute successful fundraising strategies for a portfolio of high net worth prospects who have the capacity to make major gift commitments to the School of Professional Studies at NYU. Raise $2-3 million annually for the School of Professional Studies. This work will include a minimum of 100 visits/engagements with potential funders. Engage School leadership in the development process, staffing Dean’s Office personnel and other faculty in donor meetings and at events. Prepare briefing materials and coordinate follow-up. Engage constituents who support the philanthropic goals of the School of Professional Studies.   The Associate Director of Development will create and support the ongoing operations of a new Parents Council, and partner with School leadership and administrators to support the advisory boards already in place. Serve as a subject matter expert regarding the School of Professional Studies and will work across all of University Development and Alumni Relations to assist in the development and creation of fundraising materials related to the School, including donor proposals and outlining fundraising opportunities for the School of Professional Studies. Partner with leadership in the School of Professional Studies to steward major donors with personalized acknowledgments and impact reporting. This position will involve travel occasionally as University policy allows and is reasonably justified for building relationships and developing philanthropy.   UDAR encourages work-life integration for our employees, therefore this position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement.

The System Administrator II (PAM) at New York University (NYU) holds a pivotal role within NYU’s Identity and Access Management (IaM) team by maintaining the integrity, security, and operational efficiency of key enterprise IaM technologies. This individual serves as the primary administrator for NYU's PAM system while also providing secondary support for critical Identity and Access Management Infrastructure (IaM) including Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) systems. The role encompasses a spectrum of responsibilities including system administration, consulting and supporting technology integrations, and providing subject matter expertise for university-wide IT projects. This role contributes to process improvement initiatives to continuously enhance the security posture of the university and improve IaM operations. Must be able to collaborate as a team member in a dynamic environment and must also possess exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. A high level of confidentiality and professionalism is required, as well as a track record of IaM technology administration, process oversight, and IaM integrations and architectures.
