Consult with University offices (Admissions, Registrar, Bursar) and external agencies (lenders and guarantee agencies) to resolve related processing, certification, and payment issues. Advise students and parents on federal program processes and regulations, University policies and procedures, and assist in resolving problems. Provide complex and detailed financial aid information to students and parents in a manner that is easy to understand. Assist the federal programs and operations teams in managing federal aid programs and other duties as assigned.
