Serve as a liaison between the Office of the Provost, school academic affairs and HR organizations, and University Human Resources' Office of Employee Relations on matters pertaining to the administration of and compliance with the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) between the University and eligible adjunct faculty. Partner with school adjunct leads to manage planning needs more proactively. Advise schools and departments on best practices relating to adjunct scheduling and reporting, and oversee/coordinate such scheduling, to ensure CBA compliance.
