Perform a wide range of clerical, secretarial and general office duties including those of a confidential nature. Prioritize office activities and delegate work to student and/or casual employees. Respond to inquiries displaying a comprehensive knowledge of the office's activities, policies and programs. Interact with the general public as NYU liaison and with University personnel including those at the senior level to resolve issues and problems. The Clinical Applications Administrator is responsible for the ongoing support of NYUCD's Electronic Health Record system, Practice Management System, PACS, and all other related clinical applications that together comprise or support the longitudinal patient record. Responsibilities include application installation and integration; application configuration; application upgrades and patching; application troubleshooting; application security; application security access management; and application monitoring, backup and recovery.
