Manages daily operations, coordinates international and domestic events, oversees fellow and student engagement, and ensures efficient communication among internal and external stakeholders. In partnership with the Chair, the Director will lead the strategic planning, financial management, and operational execution across a department that supports approximately 4,000 students and over 100 faculty.
