SHIFT: Thursday - Monday 3:00PM - 11:30PM   Primarily responsible for hands-on maintenance of HVAC systems and related auxiliary equipment.

SHIFT: Tuesday - Saturday 3:00PM - 11::00PM   Supervise, monitor, and operate combined heat and power and chilled water systems and connected equipment to perform safely and efficiently; monitor and respond to changes in operating conditions to maintain continuous plant performance; perform preventive maintenance duties and routines. Supervise operations personnel.

The Chief Global Compliance Officer (“CGCO”) is responsible to the Senior Vice President, General Counsel for developing, executing, and enforcing the Global Ethics and Compliance Program in order to ensure compliance with evolving laws and regulatory requirements in addition to University policies and procedures. The CGCO should proactively enhance standards and procedures to the program to detect, prevent, and correct non-compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.   The CGCO will lead the implementation of a comprehensive compliance program for the University through meaningful engagement of key stakeholders and collaboration with various constituencies of the NYU community....

Perform technical and administrative supervision and support for Cogeneration Plant Maintenance & Heating Specialists Shops. Manage and schedule the preventative maintenance, as well as repair of building HVAC equipment and auxiliary equipment in retro-commissioned buildings Set up monitoring and maintenance programs to ensure that all HVAC systems are operating within the commissioning parameters. Partner with Facilities Managers and the Technical Services Management team to integrate Heating Specialists into their staff’s preventative maintenance programs. Provide retraining to building and HVAC Staff and update their preventative maintenance programs where necessary to ensure compliance.

SHIFT: Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 4:00PM   Primarily responsible for maintaining the appearance, health, safety, and effectiveness of grounds, waste management, and recycling programs on NYU owned, leased, and licensed properties.

SHIFT: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:00PM   Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair combined heat and power and chilled water systems and connected  equipment to perform safely and efficiently; perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance duties and  routines. Perform routine and emergency maintenance on high temperature hot water, chilled water and electrical  distribution piping, valves and controls throughout the NYU portfolio of properties. SHIFT: Friday - Tuesday 11:00PM - 7:00AM   Monitor and operate combined heat and power plant and chilled water systems and connected equipment controls. Ensure plant operations are performed safely and efficiently; monitor and respond to changes in operating conditions to maintain continuous plant performance; as directed perform operations work order duties and routines. Per prescribed frequencies and in accordance with established round protocols and recording direction, perform physical watch stander rounds of the cogeneration facility. Record and report any abnormal conditions to the Engineer. Assist Engineer in troubleshooting any plant issues. As required receive plant fuel and material deliveries....
