The Global Card Program Senior Analyst performs the day-to-day administration of New York University’s Payment Card Program, which includes: purchasing cards (P-Cards), travel & entertainment cards (T&E Cards), corporate travel account cards (CTA cards), fleet cards, and student club cards. Work with Manager and various banking providers to order new cards, cancel cards, adjust credit limits, and ensure compliance with the University's controls and bank contracts. Calculate the quarterly rebate. Act as a financial steward protecting payment instruments of the university. Research and investigate potential misuse of the payment card program.

Monitor daily sterilization activities of the Brooklyn office, within guidelines, including the sterilization of instrument cassettes, bur blocks, endofile boxes and handpieces. Examine clinical hand pieces to ensure they are properly maintained after each use (purging and lubrication of each unit) and ensure compliance with all workflow and infection control policies and procedures. Provide four-handed chairside assistance to dental students. Instruct dental students and dental assistant students in techniques and utilization of four-handed dentistry and infection control. Perform tests; assist with preparing dental castings, dispensing medications and instructions, and performing minor dental and surgical procedures; ensure safe use, disposal, and storage of chemicals or hazardous materials.
