The Global Card Program Senior Analyst performs the day-to-day administration of New York University’s Payment Card Program, which includes: purchasing cards (P-Cards), travel & entertainment cards (T&E Cards), corporate travel account cards (CTA cards), fleet cards, and student club cards. Work with Manager and various banking providers to order new cards, cancel cards, adjust credit limits, and ensure compliance with the University's controls and bank contracts. Calculate the quarterly rebate. Act as a financial steward protecting payment instruments of the university. Research and investigate potential misuse of the payment card program.
Provide essential project management, and operational support to the Office of the Provost. The role combines technical systems work, meticulous information management, and high-quality writing to ensure the office runs smoothly and communicates effectively across the university community. Own maintenance and ongoing updates to the Provost’s Office website. Build and distribute mass emails on behalf of the Provost’s Office using the university’s central email distribution system. Provide event support under the direction of the Director of Executive Operations. Design and produce presentations.
The User Support Analyst, Student Technology Centers (STCs) concentrates on providing technical support, maintenance, and insight services at the STCs, which includes a diverse portfolio of desktop computers, software, Audio Visual Booths, Video Game and Virtual Reality platforms, and a computer classroom. Assist with technology needs during events and other programming held by the STCs. Perform routine inventory, updates, and maintenance on equipment. Resolve routine service tickets and implement service changes based on user feedback. Train and supervise student employees and consult with faculty and students to understand their technology needs for their classes.

Coordinate the selection, layout and purchase of interior furnishings on two levels. First includes supporting Facilities and Construction Management on all capital construction projects. Second includes directly consulting with and advising University Departments, Senior Executives and faculty on specific interior furnishings projects. Position will serve as advisor to NYU Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, Interior Designers, Space Planners, and Contractors and as liaison to Manufacturers, Dealers and Installers to ensure that project specifications and needs are met. Provide four-handed chairside assistance to dental students. Instruct dental students and dental assistant students in techniques and utilization of four-handed dentistry and infection control. Perform tests; assist with preparing dental castings, dispensing medications and instructions, and performing minor dental and surgical procedures; ensure safe use, disposal, and storage of chemicals or hazardous materials. Maintain patient files and charts. Serve as clinic receptionist and clinic cashier. May assist with training and reviewing work of student and/or casual employees.
Take film based and digital intra-oral and extra oral radiographic imaging (e.g. cone beam computed tomography, and bitewing, periapical, occlusal and panoramic views in analog/film and digital/plate/sensor formats). Review radiographs within guidelines. Process and route film based and digital radiographic images. Greet, screen, and direct patients. Confirm patient is authorized for a radiographic examination. Maintain cleanliness of the work area and quality and safety standards; ensure proper recycling, disposal of infectious materials and adherence to infection control protocols and HIPAA compliance.
The Arts and Programs Associate will help manage and coordinate all The Latinx Project's (TLP) events and public humanities programming (from panels to art exhibitions to fellowships) in consultation with The Latinx Project (TLP) team. Liaise with artists, curators, academics, and invited collaborators to ensure the smooth execution of programs. Assist in the selection of curators and artists-in-residence and public humanities fellows. Provide administrative support with the application of NYU administrative systems, focusing on events and programming as well as grant reporting related to programs and exhibitions.
