The position of Supervisor, First Class Community Response Unit supports the mission of the Department of Campus Safety to foster and maintain a safe and secure environment for its students, faculty, staff, and visitors by overseeing Security Personnel and by taking proactive measures to reduce crime while building strategic partnerships in the university community. In furtherance of these goals, the Supervisor, First Class will be a part of the Community Response Unit (CRU) which will address issues of safety and security on campus utilizing patrol, crime prevention concepts and safety initiatives across various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime, as required to meet department needs.

Manage day-to-day activity of the Department of Periodontology & Implant Dentistry, ensuring patient records are completed, encounter forms are tracked for billing, and fees are collected; develop new office guidelines and procedures; ensure patient care is delivered in a timely and appropriate manner; consult with dental students, post-graduate residents and faculty to resolve patient problems; authorize special payment arrangements and approve discounts; supervise staff and administer budgets. Coordinate the preparation of budget reports, contracts, revenue, gift accounts and grants. Maintain complex financial and budgetary spreadsheets; record expenditures and/or payments ensuring they are posted to proper accounts, apply calculations to data and tabulate. The incumbent will design and develop school-wide and departmental dashboards, reports and data visualization solutions using Tableau and other BI tools; interfacing with clients and their data from various University systems and services.
