The Director, Administration oversees all academic, administrative and fiscal operations for the Computer Science department. In partnership with the Chair, the Director will lead the strategic planning, financial management, and operational execution across a department that supports approximately 4,000 students and over 100 faculty. The Director leads a team of approximately 15 administrators and staff, manages complex multimillion-dollar budgets, and manages all academic affairs, including course scheduling and hiring for classroom support roles, such as recitation leaders and graders/tutors.

Maintains liaison with all organizations and individuals involved in the admissions process. Develops public presentations designed to promote the institution. Advises parents and applicants about educational planning. May possess specialized knowledge in one or more areas of admissions, e.g. international recruitment, etc. May have project or program responsibility. The Office of Undergraduate Admissions aims to develop, support, and empower a workforce that will support students as they navigate the college admissions process.
The Compensation Data Analytics Lead is responsible for providing analytical, technical, and reporting support for the organization’s compensation programs. This role manages core compensation data activities, including market benchmarking, modeling, survey submissions, and reporting, while ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and actionable insights for decision-making. The position operates under the direction of the Senior Director of Compensation and collaborates with Compensation team.
