The Account Manager assists in the strategic planning and implementation of the marketing plans for the NYU Offices of Global Programs and University Programs. The position also assists the Assistant and Associate Directors and the Account Director in the implementation of marketing plans for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. The position supports the core mission of the University by promoting the reputation and value of the institution and its global network. The Account Manager completes the day-to-day project management of the aforementioned marketing campaigns that include both internal and external outreach. This position establishes strong working relationships with clients and also handles special administrative projects. Some travel may be required to produce photography at NYU’s study abroad locations.
3+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination. Must include account management experience in an advertising, marketing, or communications organization.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consultative skills. Must include a strong creative sense. Strong organizational and critical thinking skills. Attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and effectively multi-task many projects. Knowledge of Mac computers and Google Workspace apps.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Familiarity with project management software, content management and digital asset management systems, writing advertising copy
