Position Summary

NYU’s Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Director of Programs and Judiciary Affairs in the Undergraduate College. The selected candidate will work on a dynamic team to develop and manage the Undergraduate College’s joint BS/MS in Accounting Program, the BS/BFA program, and other dual degree programs and special initiatives, such as the Stern Program for Undergraduate Research (SPUR). The Assistant Director will also generate reports and analyses to facilitate/inform advising and registration procedures as well as assist with the management of enrollments in New York and global courses, including working with NYU Registrar and Stern Registration teams. The selected candidate will also research and resolve alleged violations of the student code of conduct and manage the student judiciary committee.

Qualifications

The selected candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination. The selected candidate must have experience developing and implementing programs, activities, academic advising or related student services. Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, strong project management, relationship building skills, knowledge of relational databases and familiarity with managing budgets are also required. Candidates with a Master’s degree are preferred.
