The Department Administrator will manage all logistics and operations associated with the Center for Student Life including: monitoring the annual budgeting process and payment procedures, assessment of data/technology systems, oversee office and facilities management, opening workshops/events and immersive programs, and student employee onboarding. 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination. Must include experience managing events and budgetary systems and supervising staff.

Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Must be well versed in quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data in NYU systems and be able to strictly follow data privacy and security procedures for data handling and analysis to ensure adherence to legal and institutional standards.
