Position Summary

NYU's Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Director of Executive Education.  This position will support the marketing, design and delivery of the group's non-degree programs. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategy, executing marketing campaigns, updating and maintaining the executive education website, managing projects and relationships with advertising, creative and other external agencies, publishers and vendors and conducting market and competitive research in an effort to enhance the school’s executive education brand and drive traffic, registrations and enrollment in non-degree executive education programs. Additionally, the candidate will work closely with the group’s account managers to support lead generation, prepare proposals, and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients. Finally, the selected candidate will assist with management of designated programs including interfacing with participants and faculty as well as administrative teams from other areas of the school and partner institutions, on-campus support staff and outside vendors.

Qualifications

Candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree along with 3 years increasingly responsible professional level experience in marketing, relationship management, customer service, learning and development, special events, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  The ability to market the Stern School's non-degree programs to corporate firms and individual attendees in order to increase interest and participation in executive education programs is required. Excellent presentation, networking, and written and verbal communication skills essential. The ability to demonstrate cultural awareness is also required.  The ability to liaise across a variety of stakeholders and wear multiple hats of responsibility is preferred.
