Finance/Real Estate/Procurement/Grant Management
Manage the Bursar customer service support to students, parents, and the NYU Community. Assist with the management of all phases of the Bursar’s front facing Student Service contacts with current students. Interface with students, parents, other internal NYU offices and general community to help resolve problems. Review and provide input on team metrics reports.
Required Education: Bachelor’s degree

Required Experience: At least 5 years of relevant professional or equivalent combination.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated knowledge of FERPA and Excel.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Knowledge of student information systems preferred and ability to work well with diverse constituencies. Ability to use independent judgement.
