Position Summary

Cultivate and solicit gifts to the Annual Fund of $5,000 to $100,000. Manage the volunteer reunion committee for at least four (4) reunion classes. Working with the team, design and implement strategic plan for reaching fundraising and participation goals. Completes 150 - 180 face to face cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship visits each year. Maintain accurate information within fundraising database as well as complete documentation/follow-up for prospect strategies.


Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience:
2+ years relevant experience; Should include experience in fundraising, face-to-face solicitation, cultivation and stewardship of donors.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Excellent organization and verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively multi-task large scale projects. Ability to interact successfully with a diverse group of individuals. Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
