The E-Learning Specialist will provide integrated technology solutions for NICHE’s E-Learning platform. Consult with NICHE members and analyze, evaluate, and diagnose all escalated, non-routine issues within the Learning Management System (LMS) platform. Prepare and deliver communication and training materials for client support by providing one-on-one and team training and troubleshooting to site coordinators, requiring periodic travel to various site locations. Actively engage with the LMS vendor, proactively test the site’s functionality, provide user solutions, and ensure positive vendor relations. Develop training manuals, project manage the review process for clarity and functionality, and ensure training materials are appropriately made available.
3 years of relevant experience providing user support and training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience working in an e-learning environment and with the administration of an online learning platform.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and presentation skills. Ability to interpret technical requirements and communicate information to individuals at all levels.
