Manage programs, conferences and institutes in our Office of Academic Initiatives and Global Programs. Responsible for program planning, development, and management, financial management, systems administration and evaluation, staff management, and student support. Develops marketing plans and materials; resolve student admissions and financial aid concerns; serve as liaison to representatives from international colleges and universities to coordinate housing reservations in dormitories and hotels; and ensure information is disseminated.
Master's degree and
Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience or equivalent combination. Must include experience with budget administration, and program, conference and event planning.
Experience in a higher education environment.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Excellent problem solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to develop marketing and publicity materials and ensure execution of marketing/publicity plans. Ability to travel to international locations. Familiarity with cultures/protocols when traveling abroad. Proficiency with various software applications.
