Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, journalism, design, information technology, or other related field.
2+ years of relevant experience in developing communication deployment plans, including at least 1 year of experience editing HTML and CSS. At least 1 year of managing and reporting website analytics using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Broad experience in web, email, social, and mobile communications, their format, management, and creation/development.
Professional experience serving as a digital content producer. Professional experience writing for the web, email, and/or mobile devices. Professional experience in higher education and/or non-profit settings.

Consistent attention to detail. Adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Capacity to periodically real-time collaborate off-hours with colleagues around the globe via conference calls or web conferencing platforms. Proficiency in using a web content management system, other web-based applications/tools in both an end-user and administrator capacity, and writing and editing basic HTML and CSS. Must be familiar with WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards for creating accessible, digital content. Knowledge of image optimization and analytic reporting tools. Ability to tie desired outcomes to strategies and to use assessment tools and methods to prove results.
