Maintain and update inventory including coordinating receipt of inventory and non-inventory shipments; checking delivery slips; signing for materials; updating inventory system; coordinate semiannual inventory update . Process invoices for payment, maintain payment records. Respond to requests for equipment repairs and order supplies. Respond to inquiries regarding department policies and procedures. Sort and deliver Student Health Center mail. Serve as liaison with internal customers to coordinate service delivery, respond to inquiries and resolve problems, track missing mail. Provide follow-up and communicate expected timelines. Compare invoices with actual expenditures and investigate and resolve discrepancies with the budget office.
High School Diploma
Current Required Experience
2 years of office experience. Experience providing a high level of customer service.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proficiency with basic to intermediate-level word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proficiency with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office or proficiency with Apple. Knowledge of desktop publishing software.
