Manage day-to-day operations of the Meisner Studio; develop and implement operational and creative policies and procedures to ensure curriculum delivery and smooth production of student performances; ensure safety of faculty, students, facilities and equipment. Provide services to faculty and students. Manage assigned budget. Supervise staff. Assist Studio Director and department leadership to develop and implement strategic plan. Oversee the hiring of the production and design team on a semesterly basis.
Bachelors degree in theater Arts
MA or some graduate education
Minimum of 3 years of administrative experiencing managing an arts related program. Experience must include budget, facility and program management, student and faculty services and staff supervision
Experience in academic setting. Theatre background

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and oral skills. Demonstrated ability to interact with widely varied constituencies. Must demonstrate ability to exercise astute judgment and discretion on sensitive issues. Proven ability to take initiative and collaborate with others. Competency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with current technologies, applications and trends.
