The Program Administrator - Live In assists with the facilitation of living-learning programs and faculty engagement initiatives in the Office of Residential Life & Housing Services. This includes logistical support for living-learning programs facilitated in the residence halls, budget management, and training and development for professional staff and paraprofessional team members related to faculty partnerships.
2-3 year relevant experience in student affairs/academic environment or equivalent combination. Must include experience with residential education, community development, and program implementation.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse student population within a multicultural environment and supervise staff.
