Bachelor's degree and
Master’s Degree, Training in systems analysis and database programming.
5+ years' related experience or equivalent combination, with student applications in an academic environment. Must include experience with systems applications and analysis, integrated systems and providing user support services.
Experience with batch process schedulers (BMC Control M, PeopleSoft, or similar). Relevant courses (systems analysis, database systems, Java, web programming) Experience with security administration for related systems and applications (e.g., PeopleSoft) and supporting mainframe systems.

Strong team player as well as demonstrate the ability to complete projects independently. Proficient with MS office applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audience. Able to complete tasks with aggressive timelines. Strong desire to serve students, faculty, and administrators in an university support setting. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and client support skills. PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Query, SQL experience, BRIO, Tableau or similar reporting tool. Ability to interact with a diverse population and all levels of personnel, and to demonstrate tact and diplomacy when in dealing with difficult issues and/or diverse organizations. Ability to develop positive and cooperative relationships with students, faculty, staff, parents, professional colleagues, and the public.
