The Manager, Fiscal Affairs oversees assigned budgets. Prepares, implements and evaluates annual budgets for designated units managed by Provost Fiscal Affairs. Conducts trend analyses and prepares forecasts. Provides advice on University fiscal guidelines and requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. 4 years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must include experience with budget administration, grant reconciliation, management of expenditures and subcontracts in the University's financial system and strong knowledge of rules and regulations. Excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills. Ability to meet fixed deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels. Knowledge of standard office software and strong knowledge of database applications and data management. Knowledge of payroll and budget management.
Master’s Degree in Business, Public Administration or related fields.
