Assist the Equipment Room & Retail Sales Manager with the day to day operations of equipment room and retail sales operations in all on and all off-site athletic locations. Serve as information resource to general public, students, staff, and faculty on equipment room policies, procedures and store activities. Train student employees on customer service protocols; assist with training office support and student employees on POS (Point of Service) and inventory systems. Assist in the maintenance of an E-Commerce website and the Follett On-Line Point of Sale Service system.
WORK SCHEDULE MAY INCLUDE EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS.
High School diploma or equivalent.
2 years' related experience. Experience providing customer service and experience in a retail environment.
University Athletic Department Equipment room & retail sales experience.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Working knowledge of retail/point of sales operating system or ability to learn.
