To support innovation in our online program initiatives, Stern is pleased to announce the creation of the Associate Director, Online Program Marketing & Admissions position.
The Associate Director will establish and manage the admissions process for online programs to ensure world-class cohorts are delivered for each program. S/he will evaluate, develop, and implement marketing and recruitment strategies, and admissions criteria and policies. The Associate Director will develop program marketing, recruiting, and communications to prospective students and manage the selection process. The Associate Director will also manage CRM data and use it evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and admissions strategies and recommend changes to improve them.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree (master’s degree preferred) along with 5 years of relevant experience in admissions, marketing, managing staff or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The selected candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Experience in a university or academic environment is preferred.
