NYU’s prestigious Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity available for a Program Coordinator, Online Programs. The selected candidate will manage online courses, course delivery and students for Stern online programs, which are increasing in size and quantity. They will develop and implement new policies and procedures to manage online courses, course sites and students. They will coordinate with administrative offices throughout the University to resolve problems or implement improvements for course sites, course delivery, student accounts and/or student access for Stern online programs. The selected candidate will be responsible for the creation, analysis and distribution of reports, surveys, data, web analytics and other key performance metrics for Stern online programs. The selected candidate will be responsible for the delivery and continuous improvement, based on data and student feedback, of course sites and online programs across Stern.
Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in higher education, online content, website and data management, or the equivalent combination. Experience in a university setting or in a non-profit organization is preferred. Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills are essential, along with strong organizational and relationship building skills. Candidates must have familiarity with web site management, including editing tools and content management systems. Proficiency in Excel, data analysis and reporting, and Qualtrics or other survey software is desired. The ability to create data visualizations, charts, and graphs is desired.
