Provide technical media support services to the NYU community including equipment repair and installation, event support, and equipment delivery and retrieval. Operate media equipment during special events. Assist with customer problem resolution or refer problems to appropriate person for resolution. Perform routine maintenance and basic repair of equipment. Maintain inventory of equipment including ordering supplies and equipment and provide general clerical support.
Required Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Required Experience: 0-6 months of related experience.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Ability to operate basic audio/visual equipment. Ability to operate basic office equipment.
