Reporting to the Senior Director of Enrollment Management Technology (EMT), the Project Manager supports and coordinates Enrollment Management projects and operations with thorough understanding of EM departments and priorities. The Project Manager is a proactive, self-motivated member of the EMT team, providing oversight and administrative support to a large inventory of long- and short-term projects, and some daily operations. The Project Manager is required to gather and analyze the needs of end users, liaise between business managers and technology organizations, and execute the entire development life cycle (including scope definition, functional requirements gathering, analysis, and business impact). The Project Manager is expected to collaborate productively with stakeholders and business partners across the University, in order to meet EM objectives according to University governance and protocols.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree
Preferred Education: Certification in Project Management, Master’s degree
Required Experience: 4+ years of project management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Experience: Experience managing student administrative processes of admissions, registration, student billing, and financial aid. Experience leading business process re-engineering initiatives leveraging six sigma (or similar) principles and tools.

Ability to foster a cooperative work environment and develop positive relationships with diverse constituents (with both technical and non-technical backgrounds).
