  • Position Summary

    Help change the direction of MBA applicants' lives by joining a collaborative team of elite professionals in the MBA Admissions Office. Participate in the overall effort to market Stern's MBA programs by traveling throughout the world to recruit future business leaders. Help shape the incoming MBA class by evaluating applications and interviewing prospective students.  Work with students, alumni and faculty to develop and implement new initiatives throughout the school. Provide key analytics and reporting on all MBA/Graduate admissions programs and markets to inform strategic decisions and direction. Lead marketing projects and plan admissions events for prospective and admitted students in New York and around the world. 

    Qualifications

    The selected candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (Master’s degree or MBA preferred) and a minimum of 5 years progressively responsible professional level experience in admissions, recruiting, or related including supervisory experience. Proven ability to direct and implement effective recruitment and retention efforts with quantifiable results is essential. Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, strategic management and information systems skills are also required. Experience with MBA admissions and international student recruitment is preferred.
