Academic Program Support
Oversee the operation of the Center for Data Science's graduate and undergraduate programs. Administer student service activities including student recruitment, admissions, academic and career counseling. Design and write marketing and informational materials for the program. Market and represent the program(s) to many constituencies, including prospective students, alumni, employers, Fellows and Advisory Board members. Interpret University policies and procedures and implement and monitor departmental compliance to those policies and procedures. Assists with administering student financial aid. Monitors the progress of students toward degree completion and performs related administrative and advisory duties.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree
Preferred Education: Master In Higher Education, Student Affairs, or a related field.
Required Experience: 3 years' relevant experience or equivalent combination. Must include experience with planning and administering activities and academic advising.
Preferred Experience: Experience in a student services setting, advising students, with student recruitment and/or admissions.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to market programs, solve problems and interact with individuals at all levels.
