Coordinate, monitor and administer accommodations processes, with particular emphasis on accommodated testing and note-taking accommodations, to ensure compliance with federal, state, and University requirements. Compile, track, and interpret data. Prepare data reports and make recommendations to Director on changes to policies and procedures.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree
Required Experience: 1+ years' relevant experience including case management or student services, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels within the University both verbally and in writing. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills a must. Must have great attention for detail and familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet and database applications. Must be flexible with hours, early morning and evening hours regularly apply. Weekend hours minimal, but do apply during peak testing times.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to multi-task in a high volume, fast-paced environment. Must be willing to work a few weekend days a year and be available to check email regularly (evenings/weekends) during peak testing times.
