Support Director, Graduate Affairs with the development, implementation and assessment of policies and programs that enhance the educational experiences for the diverse student population who enroll at the School of Law. Foster partnerships and collaboration with faculty, administrative colleagues, and alumni to support and advance student learning, career, and internship opportunities, with particular emphasis on the emerging Global University Network. Serve as critical information resource to students, planning academic initiatives to ensure student success and retention that supports intellectual development for overall enrolled population.
LL.M. or J.D. degree
3 - 5 years of experience in academic advising and student development; or a background in career/professional development at a law school or law firm. Experience with managing budgets.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to develop, implement and interpret programs and policies. Attention to detail. Ability to relate to the needs of students from a wide variety of educational backgrounds. Knowledgeable about legal education and the legal profession.
