The Program Coordinator for Student Engagement reports to the Director of Student Affairs and is a critical member of the Office of Student Affairs & Academic Support Services team. This role advises 50+ student clubs and organizations, supports the Office’s role in developing and producing large- and small-scale student-centered programs at the College, and actively contributes to the student support efforts of the Office through advising a cohort of dental students.
Bachelor’s degree and
Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration or related field.
2 years’ relevant experience or equivalent combination. Must include experience in event/program planning, budget administration and student advising. Experience working with clubs and organizations and implementing special events.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Exceptional planning, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively interact and communicate with students and individuals at all levels, in both one-on-one and group settings, to resolve issues and interpret policies. Must have excellent organization and writing skills.
