The Dean's Office in the College of Arts and Science is seeking an experienced Budget and Operations Administrator to assist with budget and financial functions for the College Office. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to conform to best practice and NYU guidelines. Guide clerical staff across college administration to insure proper fiscal management procedures. Manage onboarding employment process for over 200 student employees. Manage payroll/timekeeping for over 200 student/clerical/temporary/casual employees. Maintain the CAS facilities including design, renovations, upkeep, and scheduling. Interpret and analyze data in a variety of subject areas to assist the College office in evaluation, planning, and reporting.
BA in liberal arts subject.
3-5 years' experience in financial services administration, or equivalent combination.
Previous experience in an academic environment.

Ability to interpret and communicate policies to individuals at all levels. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
