  • Position Summary

    The Public Relations and Corporate Communications Program in the Division of Programs in Business (DPB) is seeking a professional to direct administration of graduate degree and noncredit programs within the School of Professional Studies (SPS).  Responsibilities include: dirrect administration of graduate degree and noncredit program, develop and oversee all administrative processes and procedures including semester course schedules, faculty onboarding, appointments and compensation. Contribute to the development of a strategic plan and conduct competitive analyses for degree and noncredit programs. Manage administrative processes to provide support for new program roll out, academic planning, course and curriculum development. Manage adjunct faculty recruitment, evaluation and promotion processes. Prepare degree program budgets and income and expense projections. Supervise staff.


    Required Education:
    Bachelor's degree

    Preferred Education:
    Advanced degree, MA or MBA

    Required Experience:
    Five to six years of managerial experience or equivalent combination in higher education. Must have a student-centered service attitude, a collaborative approach to working with faculty, and be able to work well with a multi-cultural community of faculty and students.

    Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically. Must be able to work well in a changing environment and practice creative problem solving. Ability to create and improve administrative processes, Plan and implement special programs, and develop retention strategies. Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
