Coordinate all media-related services for University events including providing technical consultation, drafting client proposals and budgets, reporting on events, and providing and supervising technical staff and media aspects. Serve as liaison with clients, service providers and staff. Some duties include working with classroom operations and support as needed.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree and
Required Experience: 2 years experience coordinating media services for special events or equivalent combination. Must be proficient in the use of analog and digital audio, video, film and video projection equipment.
Preferred Experience: Experience developing video and web-related projects
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Strong customer relations. Ability to effectively coordinate technical and human resources.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Experience with presentation software, web development and teleconferencing.
