Position Summary

Act as a liaison for facilities related, equipment purchases and operational issues for the Division of Campus Services. Oversee projects, sustainability initiatives, preventive maintenance, and the student experience for NYU Dining’s 16 locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn; management of vendors and services providers; ensure compliance for federal, state and local agencies for all NYU Dining locations, Kimmel Center, Vending, ATM, Laundry, Skirball Center, and NYU Bookstores including but not limited to the Department of Health, NYFD, and ADA requirements.


Required Education:
Bachelor degree.

Preferred Education:
Master's degree in Building Engineering.

Required Experience:
5 years management experience in retail businesses, hospitality industry, operations or similar industries; experience working in a large complex organization; proven track record of financial success, budget management or cost savings.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Demonstrated ability to manage multifaceted projects; basic knowledge of building/code compliance guidelines; good organizational skills; excellent oral and written skills; detail oriented; presentation skills/public speaking; competent with of MS office, Google Apps; ethos of Hospitality/customer service; creative ideas/problem solving techniques.
