The Career Development Coach will guide, advise, and support students through the career planning, decision making, and job searching processes. Assist students in analyzing their interests and skills and developing career goals. Plan, market and implement career related programs and gather data to analyze program effectiveness. Liaise with senior stakeholders including faculty, university administrators and employers across NYU's global sites.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Master's degree in a related field.
2 year's relevant experience in career services, counseling, student personnel, human resources or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must include experience implementing programs, seminars, events, and preparing training materials.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Career planning, assessment, and job search expertise. Excellent coaching, communication, presentation, writing and organizational skills. Ability to deal with a diverse population at all levels.
