Bachelor's degreePreferred Education:
3 years' related experience at the analyst level within an HR/Payroll function or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with business requirements definition, data analysis, and reporting within different areas in Human Resources.Preferred Experience:
Experience working with academic employee population a plus.Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Understanding of Strategic HR and HR/Payroll operations. Proven knowledge of process excellence, business analysis, re-engineering, and process modeling. Strong analytical skills. Ability to creatively solve system-related production problems and effectively juggle multiple incidents. Ability to develop effective business relationships and build consensus. Strong team player. Excellent writing and communication skills. Experience developing queries and reports using Workday.Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Configure Workday system, create/modify business processes in Workday highly preferred.
