Position Summary

Manage a variety of financial and budget activities including analyzing tuition and non-tuition revenue, developing forecasting tools, preparing forecasts on revenue and gifts, budget recommendations, and developing and recommending procedures to provide optimal internal expense control. Manage and analyze data pertaining to student enrollments, financial aid and revenue. Prepare tables, charts and graphs with this data for presentation to members of senior leadership. Manage preparation of budgets and financial reports for sponsored programs projects (grants). Assist with special projects as needed including gathering and analyzing data and preparing Tableau dashboards.

Qualifications

Required Education:
Bachelor's degree

Preferred Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or analytical field

Required Experience:
Min 3 years' relevant experience or equivalent combination. Must include data analysis and reconciliation, budget administration, accounting experience

Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with university structure including working knowledge of the information systems in use; modeling and projections for tuition revenue and university’s data management systems. Tableau experience preferred.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Excellent organization, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to establish priorities. Proficiency with spreadsheet databases, pivot tables, v-lookups. Working knowledge of PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Proficiency with MS Office package and applications such as UDW+, Workday
