Bachelor's in Management, Communications, Business, Education, or Liberal ArtsPreferred Education:
MBA or Master's in cross-cultural communication, counseling, or area of cultural studies, foreign language, TESOL.Required Experience:
Minimum 2 years' relevant immigration regulations advisement and compliance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience teaching/training/presenting.Preferred Experience:
3 years' administering immigration and/or study abroad advising in a higher education setting.Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Knowledge of immigration and exchange visitor requirements for multiple global locations. Ability to communicate effectively with people from different cultural backgrounds; excellent organizational, interpersonal and written and oral communication skills. Student centric mindset, self-starter with creative thinking, ability to see both long term and immediate picture, ability to prioritize without direction. Computer literacy.Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Fluency in at least one non-English language; experience living and/or working abroad. Knowledge of emerging markets, strong international mobility and/or immigration skill-set. Familiarity with Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Web-based applications, including Google tools and People Soft.
