Master's degree in Higher Education, Counseling, or Student Personnel Administration.
2 years' experience advising and counseling students at the college or university level or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal, listening, and written and verbal communication skills. Ability to plan and deliver special events and seminars. Knowledge of standard office software.
